FUN DIY for the weekend:: HOW TO MAKE BLINGIN’ HAIR BOWS FOR GIRLS

Posted by Uboho Akpan on

Just like women can never have too many shoes, little girls can never have too many hair accessories. Girls need several to match different outfits, and it seems like the clips are always getting misplaced. Today I want to share my newest discovery. The hair bow creation – it’s BLINGIN’!

If you can quickly get it done today, then your lovely cutie will have something to complement her Sunday dress tomorrow...Thank us, later...;)
LET'S GET STARTED

You would know a bling roll if you see it, right? This bling is fabulous! It comes in all different colors and widths and is very easy to use. You can simply cut off the length you need and glue to attach. For these bows, use the following lengths:

Here’s how to make a blingin’ bow:

(1) Make the long strip into a loop and hot glue.

(2) Pinch the middle of the bow together and glue (it’s okay if it’s messy, it will be covered up!)

(3) Wrap the smaller length of bling around the middle and glue.

(4) See how the top bow is a little flat? I used my finger to poof up the bow a little on each side (see step 3) and added a tiny bit of glue to hold it in place. Either bow would be cute, but I like the puffed-up bow the best!

Finally, attach an alligator clip to the back of your bow with (more) hot glue! I reeeeallly like hot glue!

I love how these turned out

So, that's your beautiful blingin' bows to go with cute dresses that your daughter would love... Check out our collection of kids clothing and make your choice! Happy Fun Weekend
